Raw yucca, grinded in a small processor.
Cheese, gelatin without flavor, two eggs, slat to taste, mixed well. Then fried in a small pan.
Making the syrup:
2 cups of water in a sauce pan
1 or teo small portions of panela sugar
1 or 2 cinnamon sticks
Let it slowly cook and boil
